Metro Atlanta Chamber names first Chief Economic Development Officer

The Metro Atlanta Chamber named David Hartnett its first chief economic development officer.
The chamber said he will be tasked with heading the development and implementation of its economic development strategy as it positions metro Atlanta as a top-tier global region.

“Although David has already been instrumental in our strategic planning efforts, this new role will expand his leadership impact and build on his background of successful innovation and collaboration,” MAC President and CEO Hala Moddelmog said, in a statement.
