Mark Kelsey appointed Chief Executive Officer of LexisNexis® Risk Solutions

Reed Elsevier appointed Mark Kelsey as Chief Executive Officer of LexisNexis Risk Solutions on December 12th. Kelsey has spent nearly 30 years at Reed Business Information and will continue in his current role as Chief Executive Officer of that business in addition to his new responsibilities.

"He is well placed to bring LexisNexis Risk Solutions and Reed Business Information together more closely, so we can continue to build out LexisNexis Risk Solutions’ rapidly growing business globally, by leveraging its strengths in data, analytics and technology in combination with Reed Business Information’s broader geographic footprint."

Kelsey replaces James Peck who has decided to pursue his career in a privately-held business environment.
