The company was ranked No. 1 overall and in five of seven categories, including on-time arrivals, completion factor, preventing extreme delays and involuntary bumping, and lowest U.S. Department of Transportation complaints.

Glassdoor Delta is the highest-ranking U.S. airline on Glassdoor's 2022 list of "Best Places to Work" and came in at No. 18 on the 2022 list of 100 large companies. The rankings are solely based on the input of employees who voluntarily provide anonymous feedback on their daily jobs, benefits, interview experience and work environment.

The airline ranked 38th on the global list of companies.
