TM Praveen has been named CEO of Opus Consulting Solutions, effective January 1st.

“I have been with the company for 18 years. This is a very niche firm, and culturally very different. There is a lot happening in the payment industry. Companies are moving towards the cloud and open APIs - and we are making ourselves more aligned towards this change as well as developing new products to fit payment customer needs,” said Praveen.

Previously the Chief Sales Officer at the firm, Praveen has held various positions at Opus, including leadership of the Cards, Retail and Payments side of the business. He is based in Atlanta, and will run the international company from here.
Business has been growing at 30-35% annually. “We bet on developing payments expertise a long time ago and it’s really paying off for us now,” he said,“and I expect this growth to continue.” The company has been setting up innovation labs to focus on different areas of the payment business. It is testing out different proofs of concept in these labs, which help it reduce the total time to market for new products. 

Opus Consulting is headquartered in Atlanta and has delivery centers in Pune, India, as well as offices in London, England and Waterloo, Canada.
